GOODBYE CALGARY

Just a few words before leaving from a town that is a bit our town now. We would like to thank Andrea and Stefan and all their families for welcoming us so well. When they were in Spain we opened our hearts and home to them(as they have done now) because We would like that someone somewhere would do the same with Laura and Albert if they were abroad, but not everybody is like Stefan and Andrea. We know that Canadians are lovely , polite and charming people but they are more than that to us. They are part of our family and we would like to remind them- We are absolutely sure they know- that wherever and whenever they need something- although we are a bit far away- we will be there. It is what each of us have been doing from the time they were in Spain and we hope to do in the future. Keeping in contact with people from abroad is sometimes a bit difficult, and we appreciate so much their phone calls, e-mails and the parcels they send, this is true friendship and we will never forget you.
Thanks as well to Andrea's parents, grandparents and auntie for driving so many kilometres just to meet us ( it would be incredible in Spain), to Dustin for his good eyesight with bears and elks, to Lyndsay for willing to meet us just having arrived from Spain and spent a wonderful afternoon at the baseball match with us, to Lesley for being such a good host, to Adam and his family ,-Coleman is such a nice kid and so cute-, to Stefan,s friends for appreciating other cultures and food, to everyone for their homemade meals, BBQs and camp fires and for sure to Stefan and Andrea for inviting us to their country and being the people they are.
